Dr. Sky Zheng Visits Sindh HEC to Discuss Transnational Education Programs

Dr. Sky Zheng (Executive Director, University of London) visited the Sindh Higher Education Commission and met with Prof. Dr. S.M. Tariq Rafi-T.I (Chairperson, Sindh HEC) and Dr. Noman Ahsan (Secretary, Sindh HEC) to discuss Transnational Education Programs in Pakistan and the province of Sindh.
