Sindh Higher Education Commission celebrates Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day

Sindh Higher Education Commission celebrates Pakistan’s 78th Independence Day in the Spirit of “Marka-e-Haq (War of Truth)”.

The Celebration commenced with a flag-hoisting ceremony led by Mr. Moinuddin Siddiqui, Secretary Sindh Higher Education Commission and Dr. Noman Ahsan, Director General Coordination (and CIEC), along with the directors, officers and officials of all the wings of the Commission, followed by prayers for Pakistan’s strength, unity, economic growth, and a bright future. In his speech, Mr. Moinuddin Siddiqui addressed all the officers and officials to put in greater effort and play their role with patriotic zeal for improvement in every aspect.

Objective of this celebration was to present heartfelt gratitude and salute to all the armed forces of Pakistan on Independence Day, for their unwavering dedication and bravery in defending the nation’s sovereignty and security and to acknowledge the forces’ sacrifices, professionalism, and commitment to duty, which remain a source of immense pride for the nation, and to  congratulate the forces and the nation for victory in “Marka-e-Haq” and in Operation “Bunyan -um- Marsoos” which was a demonstration of unshakable national will and unity and a landmark moment in the nation’s history against unjustified external aggression.
